Payment

→ I accept payment strictly on Ko-fi.
→ 50% of your commission's cost is expected upfront before work begins. The other 50% will be requested before sending the finished work to you. Full upfront payment is also accepted & appreciated ♡
→ If payment is not received within 48 hours after we have finished discussing your commission, your spot will be forfeited unless you have provided reasonable prior notice
→ Refunds are only available via client request before or during the sketching stage. Any further progress will not be refunded.
⤷ If a personal issue occurs where I am no longer able to complete your commission, you will be refunded.

Usage

→ My work is not to be resold, reclaimed, or used for AI in any capacity.
→ Do not use my work for any commercial purposes whatsoever
→ You may upload your commissioned stamps to any private/public servers you wish to use them in, so long as you are not claiming them for your own.
→ Please do not draw on top of my work.
→ I retain the rights to all my artwork. This means I have the right to post or upload any of my work to social media or my portfolio.
⤷ If you would not like your commission posted for any reason, just let me know.

Workflow

→ Slots are first come, first serve.
→ I have a right to decline any request I am not comfortable with, no questions asked.
→ Artwork updates will be sent to you after the sketch. If you would like any additional updates, feel free to ask.
→ Free changes can be requested in the sketching phase, or to the text at the end of the process.
→ There is a strict order limit of 3 basic stamps or 1 chibi edit (combination of both okay)
→ Please keep in mind that I am a student, and stamps may take up to a month to complete.
⤷ Usual turnaround time is ~1-2 weeks.
→ If a commission takes longer than the aforementioned time, I will let you know as soon as possible.
⤷ If you would like to make a request with a stricter turnaround deadline, feel free to reach out. If applicable, I may be able to place you on a priority list.
→ If you are commissioning a character outside of Proseka, I kindly ask that you send as many references as possible.

→ Furries (working on it ˊᴖˋ )

→ Gore
→ The same chibi edit pose twice, unless something unique is requested

Details on Ordering

1. You may message me to request a commission at any time. If my commissions are full, you will be notified that you have been placed on a waitlist. Otherwise, I will ask follow-up questions and confirm the request with you.
⤷ The waitlist can be viewed on my Trello.2. After our conversation is complete and payment is received, work will begin. Please read the TOS information above regarding my workflow for more details.
⤷ The progress on your stamp can be tracked on my Trello as well.3. When the work is complete, I will message you to request the remaining payment. Once received, I can either send you a Zip file including your stamps both with and without text, or I can share the same files over Google Drive. Feel free to let me know which of these methods works best for you.
